We provide regular updates, collaborate closely with your team, and keep billing straightforward throughout the entire process.

Phase 1: Floor Plan Development and Consultations

This phase is all about getting your layout right. We combine hourly consultation with coordinated drafting to finalize the floor plan of your property.

$100 per Hour

Drafting and Management time can be as little as 2 hours if the plan is clear

If the plan is unclear we work in 4 hour time blocks to meet your needs efficiently

A finalized floor plan ready to move into full architectural drawings.

Phase 2: Architectural Drawings

Once the floor plan is approved, we create the full architectural set. Most projects require 15 to 30 hours, depending on size and complexity. Revisions are not included in this phase’s initial budget.

How long does the process typically take?

Once we’ve wrapped up our 20‑minute consultation and reviewed your intake form, we jump right into the initial design files. That first phase usually takes about three hours. Once those drafts are ready, we’ll schedule a follow‑up call to walk you through our progress. From there, turning the concept into a fully polished design generally requires fifteen to twenty hours of work, depending on how many rounds of revisions you request.

How many changes can I ask for?

From the moment you complete our intake form and initial consultation, we work to capture your vision in every detail. You remain in full control of the design, with as many revisions as you need to get it just right. We understand ideas evolve, and we’re always happy to accommodate new requests—just keep in mind that each round of changes requires additional time and may incur extra fees. To keep everything transparent, our change‑order process clearly outlines how revisions will affect your budget and timeline, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect.

Do you do commercial designs?

We specialize exclusively in residential design, crafting homes that reflect your unique vision and lifestyle. By focusing solely on residential projects, we ensure every detail meets our exacting standards—commercial work isn’t part of our offering.

What is your process for handling revisions and feedback?

We believe in a collaborative design process and welcome your input at every stage. After presenting the initial design concepts, we offer multiple rounds of revisions based on your feedback. You can provide detailed comments and suggestions, and we'll make the necessary adjustments to ensure the design meets your expectations. Our goal is to create a final product that you are completely satisfied with, and we will work closely with you to achieve that.

Whats included in the final package?

Once you’ve approved the final designs, we’ll compile all deliverables into a single package—your concept sketches, the six‑page draft plan, high‑quality renderings, and the full set of technical drawings—and send you the complete file for your records.
